you:

We invite you to consider donating your time and expertise to assist individuals in need of legal support. By volunteering your services or making a monetary donation in lieu of providing direct legal aid, you can make a meaningful difference for underprivileged clients. To register as a Pro Bono Attorney with Seminole County Legal Aid, simply click the “Register Now” button below. Julian, our Pro Bono Coordinator, will contact you shortly to provide additional information. If you have any further questions please email julains@scbalas.com

STUDENTS

Volunteer and internship opportunities typically require a commitment of at least 8 hours per week for a minimum of four months. These positions are highly competitive and applying does not guarantee placement; applicants will be contacted for an interview if availability arises.

Student volunteer roles may vary in time commitment based on current caseloads and needs. To check availability or inquire about opportunities, please contact us well in advance of your desired start date at regans@scbalas.com, or complete the registration form below by clicking “APPLY”.

ATTENTION STUDENTS

Applications for Summer and Fall 2026 are now closed. If you are interested in volunteering or interning for Spring 2027, please check back in Fall 2026 for updated availability. We appreciate your commitment to expanding access to justice in Seminole County and look forward to connecting with you in the future.

Law Students

A volunteer-based experience for pre-law and law students, offering supervised work in client interviews, legal research, drafting, discovery, and opportunities to observe hearings and trials, while earning pro bono hours or gaining legal experience.

Undergrad Opportunities

We offer hands-on internships in both legal and communications roles. Legal interns assist with client intake, interviews, and research, while communications interns help strategize, create, and support outreach campaigns that serve the community.
