How We Can Support You

Dissolution of Marriage

The legal process of ending a marriage resolving issues such as time sharing of children, parenting plans, child support, alimony, and the equitable distribution of assets and liabilities.

Paternity

The legal establishment of a parent’s relationship to a child, determining rights and responsibilities, including time sharing, parenting plans, and child support.

Injunction for Protection

A court order that prevents an individual from engaging in harmful behavior, such as harassment, stalking, or physical abuse, to ensure the safety of the victim.

Guardian Advocacy

A legal process where a judge appoints a Guardian Advocate to manage the personal or medical affairs of an adult with developmental disabilities.

Elder Law

We assist those aged 59+ with family law, housing, power of attorney, healthcare surrogate, simple will, living will, garnishment of benefits, & consumer issues.

Housing

We assist tenants facing unlawful removal or eviction without proper procedures, protecting their rights in cases such as unlawful detainers and other housing issues.

Defensive Garnishment

The legal process of protecting a person’s wages, bank accounts, or benefits from improper or excessive garnishment by asserting exemptions, hardship claims, or other legal defenses.

Veterans

We assist veterans with housing, family law, power of attorney, healthcare surrogate, simple will & living will.

Veterans’ Free Legal Advice Clinic

Free monthly Veterans’ legal advice clinics, held every third Thursday of each month at the Seminole County Public Library (Central Branch) in Casselberry, FL. 

SSC Free Legal Advice Clinic

Free monthly legal advice clinics for Seminole State College students. Meet with our attorneys for guidance on family, housing, and other legal matters.

Sealing & Expungement

Arrest record holding you back? A volunteer attorney can help you seal or expunge your record. Clinics are held the first Wednesday of each month at 5:30 PM at the North Branch Library in Sanford. Free for adults. Register in person. For details, contact Julian Suero at (407) 834-1660 ext. 115.
