Prescreen Call (10 Minutes):
The first step is to go through our prescreen process. This is a brief, 10-minute call where we gather basic information to determine your eligibility for legal aid services. We’ll ask a few questions to ensure that you meet the qualifications based on your income and legal needs.Intake Appointment (30 Minutes):
If you qualify based on the prescreen, the next step is to schedule an intake call and provide important documentation such as your Florida identification. This 30-minute session will involve a deeper dive into your case. During this time, we’ll ask you detailed questions about your legal situation, ensuring we have all the necessary information to assess your case properly.Executive Review (Up to 10 Days):
After your intake, your application will be sent to our executive team for review. This process allows our experienced legal team to assess your case and determine how we can best assist you. The review may take up to 10 days, depending on the complexity of your situation.
Once your application has been reviewed, we’ll reach out to inform you of the next steps and whether we can offer you legal assistance. We understand that navigating the legal system can be challenging, and we are here to provide support to the best of our ability.
