Seminole County Office of Emergency Management and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will establish a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) to assist individuals impacted by Hurricanes Irma and Maria. The Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) is tentatively scheduled to open Thursday, October 12.
